Application Fee Schedule

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT POLICY CHANGE
Effective February 10, 2010
PLEASE NOTE:
That the submittal requirements for all Public Hearing Items that are reviewed by the Subdivision Review Committee have changed.
Details may be found in UDC, Appendix L. Applicants must submit one (1)
eleven by seventeen inch (11” x 17”) and one (1) electronic (PDF) copy of the project before SRC. After SRC comments are addressed the applicant
must submit twenty-seven (27) (11” x 17”) copies and one (1) twenty-four by thirty-six inch (24” x 36”) copy for Planning Commission homework mailout.
Also, when submitting an A-7 (Revocation Application) a preliminary plat shall be prepared by a Professional Land Surveyor in accordance with La R.S. 33:5051 showing the revocation. Once the Metropolitan Council approves the revocation the revised plat will be signed. The new application fee for a Revocation costs $300.

request for a site plan. Required information on the application includes: Applicant name

traffic impact study, drainage impact study, parking conditions (existing and proposed),
building sizes, number of apartments or units and signatures by the applicant and property
owner.

This application provides important information for processing a
request for a paving waiver. Required information on the application includes: Applicant
name and address, legal description of the property, city limits (in or out), street
address and location of property, proposal, waiver requested (residential or commercial),
justification for requested waiver, sketch or plot plan and signatures by the applicant
and property owner.

etc.), action requested of the Planning Commission, justification for action, impact on
